Ο Σταμάτης Πουλής είναι Σύμβουλος του Υπουργού Υγείας, Συντονιστής του Ταμείου Ανάκαμψης και Ανθεκτικότητας για τα έργα του Υπουργείου Υγείας και Α΄ Αναπληρωματικός Βουλευτής Ν.Δ. Δυτικής Αττικής. Είναι κάτοχος πτυχίου από τη Σχολή Οικονομικών και Πολιτικής Επιστήμης του Πανεπιστημίου του Λονδίνου, μεταπτυχιακού στην Οργάνωση και Διοίκηση Υπηρεσιών Υγείας του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών και Υποψήφιος Διδάκτωρ στις Πολιτικές Δημόσιας Υγείας του Πανεπιστημίου Δυτικής Αττικής. Έχει διατελέσει Διευθύνων Σύμβουλος Αναπτυξιακής Εταιρείας O.T.A., είναι Πρώην Μέλος Δ.Σ της Δημόσιας Υπηρεσίας Απασχόλησης ενώ δραστηριοποιείται ενεργά στον σχεδιασμό και την υλοποίηση αναπτυξιακών έργων, καθώς και προγραμμάτων που ενισχύουν την κατάρτιση, την εξειδίκευση και τη δημιουργία νέων θέσεων εργασίας.

Stamatis Poulis is an Advisor to the Hellenic Minister of Health, Coordinator of the Recovery and Resilience Fund (RRF) for the Ministry of Health and A’ Deputy Member of Parliament (MP) for New Democracy in West Attica. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science, a Master’s degree in Health Services Organization and Management from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, and is a PhD Candidate in Public Health Policy at the University of West Attica. He has served as Chief Executive Officer of a Local Government Development Agency (OTA Development Company) and is a Former Member of the Board of Directors of the Public Employment Services Organization. He is actively involved in the planning and implementation of development projects, as well as programs that promote training, skills development, and the creation of new employment opportunities.
